Wound to your bore, stack height, resistance and pull force. Send the valve or actuator drawing and the duty cycle; we work back from the force curve to the turns, wire gauge and thermal class.

Switching and proportional solenoid coils for hydraulic and pneumatic valves, plus induction coils for the teaching laboratory. 12V/24V DC and 110V/230V AC, DIN 43650 termination, IP65 to IP67, wound for 100% duty.
Fully encapsulated coil for washdown, agricultural and outdoor duty. The winding is potted solid, so there is no air path for moisture to condense in and no void for vibration to work against.
